Owner’s Guide: How to Get Verified and Why It Matters

Обновлено: Tue, 03-03-2026 - 14:24

The "Verified" status on your page is a signal to the renter that the venue is real and that you are its legitimate representative.

Why is verification important?

  • Trust: The verification badge increases the conversion rate from views to bookings.

  • Priority: Verified venues raise fewer doubts for moderators and users.

  • Legal Integrity: You confirm your status as a professional market participant.

How to complete the procedure in 3 steps

  1. Upload your documents. In your venue settings (click the "Edit" button), attach a scan of your lease agreement or certificate of ownership. It is important for us to see that you have the right to rent out this premises. You can upload a PDF or individual images for each page—the format does not matter. It is essential to upload the entire document and submit it for review. Wait for the review to be completed.

  2. Receive an invoice after successful review. The system will generate an invoice for a one-off verification fee (currently 200 rubles).

  3. Pay STRICTLY from a settlement account. This is the most critical stage. The payment must come from the same organization or Individual Entrepreneur (IE) specified in the uploaded document (Step 1).

Important: Payments from personal bank cards or third parties are not accepted for verification. We use the bank transfer as a digital tool to confirm your rights and authorities.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • I am on a paid CRM plan. Do I need to pay for verification? No. If you have paid for a CRM1 or CRM2 tariff, you only need to complete Step 1 (upload the document). We will verify you automatically upon payment of the tariff. This is already included in the price. Note that the tariff must be paid using the same details as those in the document (Step 1).

  • What happens if I pay the 200 rubles from a personal card or a company business card? The service will not be considered rendered. We require confirmation specifically from the legal entity or IE specified in the venue agreement. In this case, the funds are non-refundable, as they are used to cover the operational costs of processing your application. Please be attentive!

  • How long does verification last? It is permanent as long as you are the owner of this venue on the website. However, if you switch the venue to a paid tariff and then stop paying for it, your advanced settings (excluding verified data) may be reset 7 days after the tariff expires, in accordance with the service offer.

  • What is my responsibility? By obtaining "Verified" status, you confirm that your contact and venue information is always up to date. This imposes the same level of responsibility to clients as that of large-scale owners on paid tariffs.

The Golden Rule of Successful Verification:

Details in the Lease Agreement = Details of the Payer Account.

If these match, the verification status is yours!
