Individual Entrepreneur Nabirkina Tatyana Sergeevna (TIN 350501254510), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," hereby makes this public offer to any registered user of the website www.speedrent.ru who has the status of a Lessor (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor"), to conclude this Adhesion Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Website — the internet resource located at www.speedrent.ru.

1.2. Advanced Functionality — software features of the Website (CRM tools, complex tariff settings, occupancy calendars) available under CRM1 and CRM2 service plans.

1.3. Lessor’s Personal Account (Backoffice) — the management interface located at www.speedrent.ru/backoffice.

1.4. Verification — the procedure for confirming the legal connection between the Lessor and a specific venue, as well as the accuracy of the data provided by the Lessor. [Link to a detailed explanation of verification].
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor provides the Lessor with access to the Advanced Functionality of the Website on a subscription basis and provides one-off services for Venue Verification.

2.2. Paid services include the ability to use the tools described in the Tariffs (https://www.speedrent.ru/tariffs), as well as assigning the "Verified" status to a venue.
3. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE

3.1. This Agreement shall be deemed concluded (accepted) from the moment the Lessor performs any of the following actions:

Payment for any paid Tariff (CRM1, CRM2);

Payment of a one-off Verification fee.

3.2. By making a payment, the Lessor confirms that they are fully familiar with and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the general "User Agreement."
4. PAYMENT AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

4.1. All payments under this Agreement shall be made exclusively by a payment order from the settlement account of an organization or Individual Entrepreneur. This is a mandatory tool for the Lessor's verification.

4.2. The service is considered provided in full at the moment access to the functionality is granted or the status of the venue is changed to "Verified."

4.3. Funds paid for services are non-refundable.
5. RULES FOR USING TARIFFS (CRM1, CRM2)

5.1. A paid Tariff limits the number of venues that can be managed in the Backoffice. The Lessor independently selects the venues to be included in the tariff.

5.2. When switching to a cheaper tariff, data created by paid functions (individual settings) shall be deleted.
6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS AND DATA DELETION

6.1. After the expiration of the Tariff, a 7-day "grace period" applies.

6.2. If payment is not received within 7 days:
-
Venues are switched to the "Always Free" tariff;
-
Settings for hourly rates, additional services, and calendars are permanently deleted.

6.3. The order history and the venue page on the Website itself shall be preserved.
7. "VENUE VERIFICATION" SERVICE (FOR FREE TARIFFS)

7.1. A Lessor on the "Always Free" tariff may order a venue data confirmation service.

7.2. Terms of service:

Uploading title documents (lease agreement/ownership certificate) in the "Venue Settings."

Payment of a verification fee (200 RUB) from a settlement account whose details match the data in the uploaded documents.

7.3. By paying the verification fee, the Lessor assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data on the venue page, equivalent to the responsibility of owners on paid tariffs (pursuant to Section 8).

7.4. If the payer's details do not match the documents, verification is not performed, the service is considered unprovided due to the Lessor's fault, and the payment is not refunded.
8. LIABILITY

8.1. The Lessor (both on paid tariffs and those who have passed Verification) bears sole responsibility to end customers for the relevance of prices, the availability of free slots in the calendar, and the accuracy of information about the premises. The Contractor does not participate in disputes between the Renter and the Lessor.
9. NOTICES AND CONTACTS

9.1. Notifications are sent to the email specified in the "User Settings." The risk of failing to read emails lies with the Lessor.
